He kinda, sorta does not have an incentive to tell consumers that prices might go down this early. PCs are used for a long time. And he is basically telling people to hold of until mid 2027. Anyone with a working PC can wait that long.
This is definitely a jab at memory makers so that they don't try to hold the price high even if the glut might be over.
