Early details about a new GPD Win Max have surfaced. Reportedly packing AMD Strix Halo chips, the GPD Win Max 3 is also said to combine a 97 Wh battery with a 165 Hz AMOLED display and an optional cooling module for keeping everything in check.

Intel's B390/G3 would have been a better choice. The Ryzen 395 is not intended for handheld devices, unless you want a $2000+ blow drier.

It appears that GPD Win Max 3 is highly ambitious because of all the RAM that it has along with the 165Hz AMOLED screen and 97Wh battery capacity. It is quite intriguing for me to know about the thermals and battery performance of the device while playing games.
