Four of the five Casio watches released in Japan on August 7 are already listed below Casio's own pricing in the country. Yodobashi has the Pro Trek PRJ-B001EX-1JR at ¥26,400 against ¥33,000. The new Edifice EFS-S660 is the only one holding firm for now. Stock seems to be moving fast.

Casio has certainly stepped up it's game and has made some really nice watches. That being said, when it comes to the notion of less is more, well, that eludes them. They have also produced some real eyesores and quite a number of them to boot!

I feel like Casio walks the "Can't please everybody" talk better than most other watch brands, and brands in general.

The recently launched GA-V01 watches are a great example of that. (Most) People didn't like them. They didn't care. Released more colorways just last month. I hate those watches with a passion, but I'd be damned if I'm not impressed by the company's attitude.
