New affordable Casio watches launch with day-date display, ion-plated cases

Casio's new MTP-1440DJ watches are now listed on its Japanese website — there are two plain three-hand analog in black (-1AJF) and white (-7BJF) dial watches, both ¥7,700 (~$48). Brass case, silver IP finish, Nakadome three-fold clasp, 5-bar WR. Ships August 2026 with Casio's "Eco-Package" tag.
