Juno Tab 4 13'' Linux tablet now available to pre-order for ~$1,000

Juno Computers has begun accepting pre-orders for one of its two new Linux tablets. With a price tag of almost $1,000, the Juno Tab 4 13'' won't ship for a few months.

The thing I see most often with electronics manufacturers, be they giant corporations or tiny startups, is that they just do not get what it is that consumers want or how to please consumers. Only Apple has done a reasonably good job at reading the minds of consumers, which seems to stem from their roots in a physical garage and being resourceful. And even they make mistakes.

As for this tablet, it might as well be DOA. Braxtech has already released a similar tablet on Indiegogo for half the price.
