From my view 64mp sensors,
1. Any 64mp sensor, are better than 50mp sensors for hi res still quality, most of brands are unable to bring out 48mp/50mp hi res even new, but many of those were able to do quality 64mp stills.
2. 200mp sensor is mostly better for detail lvl in hi res than 64mp, unless you screw up.
3. Triple 200mp is massive good Ad for big sales.
4. Having all sensors with 50mp or 200mp is better for consistency.
