Apple iPhone: DRAM crisis causes 350% higher RAM and NAND costs

The DRAM crisis does not stop at Apple. According to a new report, almost half of the production costs of an iPhone next year will be attributable to DRAM and NAND, instead of just a few percent as in previous years. This could make price increases necessary.
