Lenovo releases new 1,100 nit OLED convertible laptop with Intel Panther Lake

Lenovo has released a new Intel Panther Lake-based convertible laptop. Available in the US and a few other markets, the IdeaPad 5i 2-in-1 (15IPH11) can be configured with up to 32 GB of RAM and a 165 Hz OLED display that peaks at 1,100 nits in HDR mode.

I wish this laptop would come with an AMD AI 400 series processor. It has the perfect shape for a full-size keyboard and is quite small, but it always comes with Intel.
I don't understand why so many manufacturers don't opt ��for AMD, especially since the AMD Halo processors are currently the best of 2026.
