Dispatch on the Switch and Switch 2 blocks adult content that's viewable on the PS5 and PC. Players who were unaware of the restrictions are requesting and receiving refunds from Nintendo. Publisher AdHoc Studio may have opted not to distribute versions that comply with region-specific guidelines.
