Whoever wrote this article needs to do more research and or actually play the game. They state there's no energy bar but thats just false , there is one and every chop to a tree , fish you catch or plant you water (etc) cost stamina/ energy which you can regain by sleeping in a in-game bed and or cooking and/or eating foods.
