Well yeah, the developers were already developing the game for Switch 1, and when switch 2 released. It wasn't their plans to develope it for Switch 2 ahead of release. As it's a different design system they didn't get from the Nintendo's Designers. Nintendo is known for being closed source and not exactly working with game developers a head of time to develop games for their next console. As they priotize Nintendo Family Games Developers. Other game developers have to work with Nintendo's gaming cultural differences to make games on their consoles.
Nintendo is like Steve Jobs of Apple. Very picky and Strict.
Playstation is open to all things.
Microsoft is open to alot but are a bit picky.

Tomb Raider Developers have to wait for Nintendo to let them Develope the game on the Switch 2 Design.

The Reasons they ported it to Switch 2 is for the sales and Switch 2 has better performance. Rather than Graphics.

what I don't get is, why people don't look at what the developers and their information on when they started developing tomb raider for switch 1 and what they said about switch 2 after it's release.
