10x faster inference versus HBM4: d-Matrix joins forces with AIchip to produce world's first 3D DRAM

The 3D-stacked DRAM technology jointly developed by d-Matrix and AIchip has just been successfully validated and is ready for commercial launch. It will be featured in the upcoming Raptor inference accelerators from d-Matrix and the technology is supposed to boost inference speeds by up to 10 times when compared to similar HBM4-based accelerators.
