OnePlus 15 embarrasses iPhone 17 Pro Max with 2x faster charging despite packing 51% bigger battery

The OnePlus 15 is one of the most feature-packed smartphones to have been released in 2025. Per a charging test using 120 W SuperVOOC charging, the OnePlus 15 absolutely destroys the iPhone 17 Pro Max, reaching 100% in under 50 mints.

What's more embarrassing is the run time is the same despite the much bigger battery, 2 of 3 camera sensors have been massively downgraded from the OnePlus 13, and the phone overheats. At least Apple's vapour chamber works pretty well.

The best thing is that it supports 55W PD PPS 20V charging, which is almost the same speed as the proprietary 120W Supervooc.
The same is for my Realme GT6.
They are making the right call here. This is a big bonus.
