New Garmin beta smartwatch update arrives with inReach-related fixes

The Garmin Fenix 7, Epix, Enduro 2, Quatix 7 and MARQ Gen 2 smartwatches are receiving a new beta update: version 23.31. This is a relatively small release, with the change log listing fixes related to inReach functionality. Two features remain disabled with the update, which is currently only available for users signed up to the testing program.
