While most laptops no longer feature an optical drive, the new Fujitsu FMV Note A does sport a Blu-ray drive so users can watch high-quality movies on the go without an internet connection.

Both Fujitsu and Vaio were bought out by same parent company

If the core target of this laptop is to enable users to watch Blu-ray films on the go, then they should have stuck with the 16:9 aspect ratio for gaming instead of the 16:10 aspect ratio for work. This could at least be an interesting experiment in bringing old designs back to life.

It's only got an AMD 7735U from 2023, only 16GB RAM, only a 512GB SSD, and the battery only lasts 6.7 hours watching a video from the mechanical drive.

Some people just don't know they are born, do they?

As for people thinking this is like a 1999 or 2006 machine...?

It was an innocent observation of appearance, was it not?

I tried to find out myself but couldn't find anything about that.
