Sadly, while there MIGHT BE single player local story modes available in this "collection", none of them are accessible without being ONLINE and LOGGING ONTO a XBOX account!!

Is there any reason to play these over emulation methods which likely have 4k texture packs, upscaling and 60+ fps mods too?

They likely also probably have lower requirements than this too.
