Xiaomi bietet ab sofort in Deutschland das Redmi Pad 2 in einer neuen Modellversion an. Mitgeliefert wird ein umfangreiches Zubehör, womit der Hersteller auch etwa Amazon angreifen dürfte. Beworben wird eine leicht erhöhte Bildwiederholfrequenz und auch ein angenehmes Schreibgefühl.
