SK hynix starts mass production of 321-layer 2-terabit QLC NAND

SK hynix has entered mass production of its 321-layer, 2-terabit QLC NAND, the first QLC to break 300 layers. A six-plane architecture and 3,200 MT/s I/O double transfer speeds, lift writes by up to 56 percent and reads by 18 percent, while cutting write power by more than 23 percent.
