Gee a PC for ~$300USD? Where do I sign up?
First and foremost, hitting the sub-$500USD market involves compromises. Period.
While in 2025 thrifty shoppers CAN find systems that run on WIN11 for even less cost, the usefullness of these systems might be questionable depending on targeted use cases.
These systems can very easily function in light to medium home and work settings. Buyers need to merely add display+mouse+keyboard along with needed/desired applications.
There are plenty enough cores/threads, RAM and iGPU functionality to handle just about ANY popular thin client. (most clients run very well on far less hardware!)
Those that use ALTERNATIVE operating systems (like Linux) with less overhead & footprint might find systems configured like this one to be more than enough resources and performance for their needs.
The Oculink port offers the buyer expandability options that many more expensive systems don't include.
It would of been nice to have VESA mount options but not a show stopper.
