TDLR, Having issues with my killswitch OG ROG Ally edition. Dbrand is running me around their "robots" automated customer service. 1st impression, last impresssion, bad impression. Returning product.
For those that want the details;
Yeah I am having issues with my OG Asus ROG Ally KillSwitch. The vynil is of meh' quality. I got the textured "Area 51-Classified" skin. Where the white topographical texture meets the edge of the vinyl and is pushing up against the case making the sticker buckle and peel up from the corners. Also, the killswitch case itself is loose at the bottom.
Idk,I paid a considerable amount of money (For a case) that compared to the competitor which I could've gone for half the price if I wanted to experience these issues, but maybe not.
I've contacted dbrands customer support. So far it's been three days since contact and all I've had is conversation with robots. The motto of "Let our "robots" take care of it. Your in solid "Metal" hands"... yeah it's funny at first, as a marketing ploy. Now during a quality product issue however, it just puts off a we don't give a crap now that you bought our product vibe, here hold my robot.
Good news is I am still within my return period. I hate returning but this is just unprofessional. 1st experience with dbrand, last experience with dbrand.
