The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor is now available globally. This wearable is designed to be worn at night, tracking various health metrics. These are used to generate a sleep score, as well as for Body Battery Energy Monitoring. Plus, the collected data is viewable in an accompanying app or on a compatible smartwatch.
