Spectre CPU vulnerability yet again discovered in 2018-2024 Intel CPUs

The latest Spectre bugs affect Intel's processors based on the Skylake architecture, starting with Coffee Lake models and all the way up to the Raptor Lake Refresh. Intel already issued mitigation microcode, with most models seeing 1-2% performance degradation. Rocket Lake CPUs from 2021 are the only ones exhibiting elevated overhead with 8.3% degradation.
