Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch gets Zepp OS 4.5 in new update

Zepp Health has started to roll out Zepp OS 4.5 for the Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch. This new update brings improvements to the map, as well as a new Trail Running metric. On top of this, the Readiness algorithm has been enhanced, and there is another change for HYROX race.
