Scalpers are drooling over the prospect of flipping the RTX 5070. Even so, gamers can target many different models priced at $549.99. With the RTX 5070 release date approaching, more U.S. retailers are listing the GPUs.

Just a complete insult to the whole imagery industry, a freaking xx70 series is now the cost of a xx80 series at OEM, not scalping AIB partners, ect., today!

This is what is hurting the GLOBAL ECONOMY and Trump should be throwing his tantrum tariffs on... FAST... starting with a minimum ~25% tariff; and it goes up every so often until NVIDIA, Sony, ect. stop allowing these scalpers and retailers/companies scalping their own products due to some so-called shortage (lie).

This IS NOT capitalism... but this is EXPLOITATION/extortion/war on the market/buyers worldwide.

When people pay up to 4x/6x/8x the cost for one product, some other company just lost a sale and about to go bankrupt.

TruthIsThere, Trump does not care about 5070 GPUs and tariffs will make them more expensive, and will not somehow tackle scalpers.

"tariffs will make them more expensive"

There's no such thing "more expensive" - that happened years ago and every new SKU it gets worse, so, let's not go there.

Also, your other reply, that's NOT a solution - and you are wrong about that statement. Trump just signed an Ai agreement coalition (can't recall the name right now) that NVIDIA, MS, OpenAi, MS, ect. will partner in.
