A Cinebench R23 score of Intel's Arrow Lake-based Core Ultra 9 275HX has emerged online. While it fails to best its Raptor Lake counterpart in single-core performance, it offers a double-digit increment in the multicore test.

18%? Where does this number come from?
If you divide two scores, you get 11.3%, no?
Please correct this.

A 20pt difference (<1%) sounds like its within a margin of error that could be almost anything in the tested systems.  You get variance like this even run to run on the same system.

So true MMD. But a title of "Ultra 275HX ties 14th Gen Raptor Lake" won't get as many clicks. So have to sensationalize like everybody does to draw more attention. It (the 275HX) *may* even perform worse on the 2nd run which would change the title to 'loses badly.' LOL.
