Rumor: Apple MacBook Air with OLED display postponed in favor of model with better LCD

After the iPad Pro received an upgrade to a high-quality tandem OLED display last year, the MacBook Pro is set to follow suit next year. According to the latest rumors, however, it will take much longer than previously expected for the ultra-thin MacBook Air to get an OLED display.

I'm surprised Apple hasn't implemented OLED already with it's baked in planned obsolescence and limited life span. Seems like a no brainer for them.
