Unfortunately the software is an utter garbage based on 20yrs old Gmenu2x. Only positive is that there is a MinUI cfw for this, otherwise it's only positive would be the metal shell that is really good...

Too bad this poster doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. The software is not garbage but it's good. The Internet is free for idiots like you to chime on.

The best when people are commenting without hands-on experience. The software is garbage, because it has a loads of bugs that are affecting gameplay visually and sound-wise, very obsolete UI, and is closed to fix any of that. After they brag coming with LuxUI 2.0 (yaaay brand new 2.0) and it is the same 20 yrs old Gmenu, speaks for itself. If you compare with other new handhelds that are out there (e.g. Myioo, Trimui, Powkiddy) you can't even take this seriously. Only good thing about Pixel is a really well made metal shell, and great pocketability. But for gaming at >70$ don't make me laugh.
Sure, the internet is unfortunately full of people like you, who just comment without a real experience... You are entitled to have an opinion, but please, first try to get your own experience before spreading malice ;)
