Lenovo has updated the IdeaPad Pro 5i with current-gen Intel hardware. It is configurable with up to an Intel Ultra 9 processor and a GeForce RTX 4050/Intel Arc GPU. Prices start at $1,149, with sales to follow suit soon.

Funky. I dig it.

We never got 2048x1152 in the dark 1080p-capped 16:9-only days, which would have stood in nicely for the then-lost 1920x1200. But now we get 2048x1280 on top of 1920x1200 and of course all the wildly-higher resolutions.

... 4096x2560 when?
