Ich möchte gerne meine Erfahrung teilen mit Geekmaxi und Eleglide.
Letztes Jahr hatte ich über Geekmaxi ,  ein Ebike Eleglide M1 Pro für ca 750€ gekauft.
Abgesehen von kleineren Problemen mit Pedalen, Bremsen etc. funktionierte es nach ca 300km nicht mehr.
Nach langen Mail Ping Pong ( Es dauert immer 2-3 Tage bis "Dennis de Jong bei Geekmaxi antwortet ) Durfte ich es endlich im November 2022 zur Reparatur einschicken. Es ist jetzt Ende April und das Bike ist immer noch nicht zurück. Es sind ca. 6 Monate vergangen. Kein Fahrrad, keine Erstattung, keine Details wo es verblieben ist . Nichts!   Ca 48 Mails sind in der Zeit geschrieben worden. Immer die gleiche Antwort " I escalated your case to an emergency. Tomorrow I Expect to have feedback an I will contact you here". Es kommt aber nie eine Antwort.
Fazit : 750€ sind weg. Fahrrad ist auch weg. Stunden verbracht mit Mailschreiben. Nichts in der Hand.

Wenn ich gewusst hätte was auf mich zukommt, hätte ich das Fahrrad letztes Jahr schon einfach verschenkt oder weggeschmissen.

Bitte kauft bei Geekmaxi nichts, wo Ihr auch eine Garantie erwartet. Kostet nur Nerven.
Eleglide M1 Pro ist Ok wenn es funktioniert. Ich würde es aber keinem Empfehlen

Eleglide M1 Pro is ok if it works. But I would not recommend it to anyone
