Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) now holds 34% of the electric vehicle battery market, and its founder bragged at the 2022 World New Energy Vehicle Congress that one in three EVs sport its batteries. CATL also said that it is also developing a mystery condensed matter cell that will be released next year.
