The Vivo X80 is the latest smartphone on the block with MediaTek's impressive Dimensity 9000. The new flagship makes a stellar account of itself on AnTuTu's performance chart for April, as it edges out every non-gaming Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone.

You cannot say that it outperformed Snapdragon 8 gen 1 as long as SD8 gen1 still have a better score in this benchmark top, with a device having the same config (12GB RAM / 512GB). Moreover the average score of SD8 gen1 is higher than Mediatek. NotebookCheck you should review your articles quality, otherwise you will lose some readers. This is definitely a click bite. As someone wrote before me MesiaTek also used to cheat benchmarks and from my experience MesiaTek was never above SD in terms of performance on real life usage.

I'm not sure how this could be construed as click bait considering the Vivo X80 does outperform every other Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 device on AnTuTu's chart, bar three gaming phones.
