The HP OmniBook 3 is down to $399.99 in Best Buy's Techtober sale, with a Snapdragon X processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It undercuts the MacBook Neo while offering an OLED display, plenty of ports, and longer battery life. Upgrading to 16GB RAM and 512 costs $599.99, still less than the base Neo.
