Teclast launches affordable tablet with 12-inch 2K display, Android 17 and 2TB storage support

Teclast has launched the M60 in Japan with an 11.97-inch 2K display, a refresh rate of up to 90Hz and a Unisoc T7250 processor. The new tablet also features Android 17, 4G LTE, 128GB of UFS storage and an 8,000mAh battery.

Awesome Android version, where is the PoC that led to its having 6 GB RAM and still performing the things apps are supposed to do. I mean, in the remaining 1 GB... Are there at least pads so people can go to a city and get 16GB added once that's again available?

No chance of that ever happening. The only reasonable thing to do right now is to by old stock devices from several ears ago that had more RAM. Even those are priced higher than they would have been otherwise.
But definitely these new devices with low amount of RAM and older chips are a pass.
