Call of Duty studio Treyarch says it is ready to make something new as Black Ops 7 support ends

Treyarch has published its final Black Ops 7 Dev Talk. Design director Kevin Drew said the studio is ready to build something players have never experienced, while co-studio head Yale Miller reviewed a two-year run covering 2024 Black Ops 6 and 2025 Black Ops 7, a run that ended with the franchise recording its weakest United States sales ranking since 2008.
