Xiaomi releases first NAS with up to 60 TB storage, 2.5GbE and 4K HDR10

Xiaomi has released its first NAS, the Smart Storage, in China. It comes with 4 TB, 8 TB or 16 TB of storage and supports up to 60 TB. The NAS also has 2.5GbE, HDMI 1.4 and 4 GB of RAM. Prices start at CNY 2,699 (around $402).

Great, now we can connect our Chinese ZBT router, which is full of back doors, to a NAS that could have more & has a treasure trove of data for them. I think I'd be very careful about buying a cheap Chinese NAS, given their laws give their Gov access to their product. I'll stick with tried & tested secure Synology or QNAP.
