Lenovo teases new gaming tablet with 5G, possible OLED upgrade

Lenovo has released a teaser video for its next Legion gaming tablet, the Legion Y700 Ultimate, confirming 5G connectivity, dual-SIM dual-standby support, and a redesigned antenna layout. The tablet builds on the Legion Y700 (Gen 5), which packs a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and an 8.8-inch LCD display at 1904x3040 resolution, but leaks suggest the new model could switch to an OLED panel. Lenovo has not confirmed full specifications and is expected to launch the tablet in August 2026.
