Insta360 fires back at DJI with two countersuits over five patents

Insta360 has fired back at DJI with two countersuits in the US, hours after DJI filed launch-day patent infringement claims targeting the newly released Luna Ultra. Insta360 alleges DJI violates five of its utility patents covering gimbal stabilization, directional controls, smooth stabilization, telemetry overlays, and panoramic video stabilization.
