Framework's first eGPU connects laptop and desktop GPUs via OCuLink

The first eGPU from Framework is here, and as you would expect from the manufacturer, the external graphics card has a modular design. The eGPU connects both laptop and desktop GPUs to a laptop via OCuLink, and can even add OCuLink to a Framework Laptop 16.
