According to a prolific leaker, a new Nintendo Switch 2 limited edition console is on the way. The console will launch alongside the much-anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake. The leaker also hints at the scope of the remake, as Nintendo is seemingly pulling out all the stops for the remake.

Absolutely wonderful. I think it's the right move at the right time. We've had a decade of open world Zelda, so revisiting the more linear, cinematic structure is a welcome change of pace. Then there's the current trend of large scale re-imaginings (Final Fantasy VII). Technology has advanced enough to make a big difference when you attempt a remake. And generally speaking OoT (and Zelda as a franchise) is just such a strong asset, it's about time they bring it to a new audience.
