Why is this called Air 13 when the screen size is 13.60 inches. Personally, 13.60" is a little too small for my liking. 14.2 to 14.6 inches (at same weight, if possible) would be better.

I don't think it's possible doing that at same weight for Apple. The air 13 is already too heavy for a 13" machine. Comparable windows equivalents could as they are way lighter at under 1 kg.

There is the air 15, but that might be too big for you I guess? Also it's heavier...
