While an increasing number of Chinese flagship phones are adopting silicon-carbon batteries with capacities exceeding 7,000 mAh, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is still limited to a 5,000 mAh battery. However, Samsung already appears to be testing several advanced silicon-based batteries.
