Hi everyone,
I've been hearing a lot about
employee experience (EX) transformation, but I'm trying to understand what it actually involves beyond the buzzwords.
What does an EX transformation typically include in practice? Is it about redesigning processes, improving workplace technology, strengthening culture and leadership, rethinking onboarding and development, or something broader? How do companies measure whether the transformation is successful?
If you've been part of an employee experience initiative or worked with consultants in this space, I'd love to hear what was involved and what impact it had.
Thanks in advance for your insights!
