Garmin smart watch update fixes bug linked to new feature

Garmin system software 13.25 is rolling out to users of some of the brand's smartwatches. This update fixes a problem with the recently added Smart Wake Alarm feature. Plus, this update for the Instinct 3, Instinct E and Instinct Crossover wearables brings an update for translations.
