Die neueste Version der OM System OM-3 wurde speziell für Astrofotografie entwickelt. Ein angepasster Infrarot-Filter und neue Farbprofile sollen kosmische Nebel farbenprächtiger als herkömmliche Kameras aufzeichnen, während der Autofokus automatisch auf die Sterne fokussieren kann.
