Garmin issues extensive new update for mid-range smartwatches with battery manager, sleep guidance and dozens of other improvements

Garmin has previewed a significant update for both the Forerunner 570 and the more expensive Forerunner 970. The first of many v16.xx updates to come, Public Beta Version 16.11 introduces almost three-dozen changes to both smartwatches after this month's recent stable update.
