Uhm... under the hood; ChatGPT is a neural system; but... in the market; ChatGPT is a commercial product!

C'mon, folks... a child could understand this situation.

If... uhm... bureaucracy doesn't get involved, MS & ChatGPT are screwed.

As much as I can see how certain aspects of AI being useleful, it is blatantly obvious it need to be regulated for the good of society.  But as long as we live in the world that is built around greedy politics and corporate creed runs rampant, it's just not going to happen (or at least anytime soon).
