The Intel configuration offers more performance over AMD that casual editors and gamers might appreciate. Benefits are otherwise minimal at best for typical browsing or word processing scenarios.

just an Intel ad?

At least the RAM is not soldered (yes, soldered would be 8000 MT/s vs unsoldered 5600 MT/s), but 16 GB RAM is just not enough for running good local LLMs / AI (even your specs_indicator' background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0) is only yellow for 16 GB RAM).

The sRGB Coverage of 57.7% and Display P3 Coverage of 39.7% is certified trash, sRGB isn't exactly new ..:
QuoteSRGB, or Standard Red Green Blue, is a color space created by HP and Microsoft in 1996, standardized by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in 1999.

QuotePower consumption when running demanding loads is higher overall and so performance-per-watt isn't necessarily all that much better
So the power efficiency is not better than AMD's?

At least the IPS display is glossy (I prefer glossy for its poppier color and sharper text) and 16:10, but 60 Hz is not up to date anymore (give at least 90 Hz; many older games can be played at 90 Hz+).

Well, in notebookcheck.net/Dual-debut-in-the-Lenovo-IdeaPad-Slim-5-16-Ryzen-AI-5-330-and-Radeon-820M-in-review.1166676.0.html in the "low    med.    high    ultra" table, the AMD iGPU scores better in some games and is also cheaper: Is this very post (1170394) an Intel ad?
