Ok, so while AMD currently has the Best iGPU's, AMD saves the best ones for their Console partners and high end chips. (good luck finding one on a R5 or R7)
Intel seemingly comes in 2nd place in the iGPU department however may seemingly have handed over GPU development to Nvidia. (only time will tell how/if this pans out)
Nvidia DID work on a ARM based "AI" workhorse chip (and released it) and was rumored on maybe coming out with an ARM+GPU Laptop/System APU however given the dismal alternate operating system driver support Nvidia has provided in the past frankly I'm not betting on an Nvidia solution here.
So quite possibly an AMD implemented ARM+iGPU might be what the market wants/needs?
Who is going to marry a decent ARM CPU block/tile with a decent iGPU at a reasonable consumer cost?
I wonder.
