The successor to the Apple Vision Pro is here. What appears to be a rather basic upgrade from the Apple M2 to the Apple M5 actually turns out to be a significant improvement, as the new chip is accompanied by sharper displays with a higher refresh rate of 120Hz.

The base model with 256GB of storage costs $3,699, while the top model with 1TB of storage is priced at $3,899.

So Apple decided to double down on a headset most people couldn't afford to justify at the retail prices by actually raising the price.
