OnePlus 15 confirmed in “Sand Storm” edition with aerospace-grade ceramic coating

OnePlus has announced that its next flagship, the OnePlus 15, will launch globally in a new dune-coloured "Sand Storm" edition. The model introduces aerospace-grade Micro-Arc Oxidation (MAO) coating on the middle frame and camera deco, paired with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform.

No one cares about performance, we all know it'll be fast, OnePlus needs to get it's camera software up to the level of competitors where it has trailed significantly for years in IQ despite good hardware.

It needs advanced video codecs, and RAW options for both stills and video, log, larger sensors, faster apertures, 5x optical zoom, no digital cropping BS palmed off as zoom cough Apple cough Google.
